Pickleball Marathon Breaks More Than Just a Record
- One minute read - 166 wordsOkay, so it’s not that Michael Jordan. But two guys in Michigan just pulled a stunt so wild, even His Airness might raise an eyebrow. They played pickleball. For 28 hours straight. Let that sink in.
We’re talking blisters, delirium, and probably a lifetime supply of electrolyte drinks. They smashed the Guinness World Record for the longest singles pickleball marathon, which honestly sounds like a new circle of hell. Imagine the 27th hour… the ball must have looked like a blurry, spinning planet.
What kind of person does this? The kind who sees a perfectly good weekend and thinks, “You know what this needs? An entire day plus four hours of continuous paddle sports.” We have to ask… why? Was there a bet? A midlife crisis? A profound misunderstanding of what constitutes “fun”?
Either way, their knees are probably writing a strongly worded complaint as we speak. The record is theirs. The regret, however, is eternal.
